Why is stockfish lv 1 so powerful in ultrabullet?

Actually stockfish lv 1 moves sooooo fast in normal games, so you can beat it anytime, but fast is advantage is ultrabullet, I suppose? So try checkmating lv 1?

i just played a game of ultrabullet casual with computer and the opponent just used 2 seconds
