Why don't Muslims pressure Egypt and Jordan to let in Palestinian Refugees?

Unbelievable to read a comment like this.

Remember about the three hostages, torso bare, who managed to escape Hamas, shouting in Hebrew, with a makeshift white flag, and were shot by the IDF anyway?

This is what madness does. One hostage even painted SOS on the building.

I will report your comment because I believe it crosses all the red lines.
Good on the moderators for deleting an outright call for genocide. If only the UN were so well-moderated.

Hamas’s mission statement is genocide of all Israelis.

And I don’t want genocide, I want the hostages returned. If you see my post as a call for genocide then you misunderstand the preferable outcome of such an ultimatum, but likely are correct in which option Hamas would choose.

People are already doing that. And like I said - it hasn't worked. The mass majority of Americans support a ceasefire (SEVENTY FIVE % OF DEMOCRATS) - go ahead and look at any democrat leaders social media... ALL you will see is people calling for ceasefire. And yet our government goes ahead full steam as if no one said a thing.

So this isn't plan A or B --- this is plan C because nothing else has worked.

And why Muslim countries? Well yes I see humans too... but face the reality of it - Muslims trust each other far more and understand one another's culture. Of course aid can be given, but as far as refugee status - what's more practical - going to countries on their border, or shipping them off to Europe or the US where they don't speak the language, and are surrounded by an alien culture that doesn't understand them.

Maybe if not Egypt/Jordan - then maybe Saudi? They're swimming in money and have vast amounts of space.

Again you forget the major factor here - the US is actively destroying the houthi terrorist pirates already (they blew up a few of their boats recently when they were attacking Norways ships and other innocent parties)

Oh and look the US-Allies just gave them a 24 hour ultimatum to stop or they're done for.

So, yeah. Again a stupid plan on their part - if they were only targeting Israeli shipping they might not have incurred international wraith - but because they attack innocents, they're now looking at direct attention from the most powerful navy/military in the world. Oops.

Doesn't mean they shouldn't try

Gaza is not Hamas, and Israel's war is against all of Gaza.

Congratulations, you are a better human being than the average member of the Israeli government, because they seem utterly uninterested in returning hostages.

Also, it bears noting that Israel has been kidnapping massive numbers of Palestinian civilians from Gaza and the West Bank.

That is like saying that Germany was not the Nazi party during WWII, and that the allies should have confined their conflict to the Nazis not the entire country, Hamas is the government of Gaza.

The difference is that the Nazis were the oppressor and the Germans aspecially the jews were the oppressed
In this case Palestinians are the oppressed and hamas are a result of that Oppression while the idf is the oppressor
So if Hamas decides to bomb tel abib and causing thousands of civilian casualties you would be ok with it?
