Match seconds with depth

What hardware are you using to play chess? Give us an idea of what depth your system reaches when you wait for 30 seconds.

If you use the link, start the engine and when you are ready, press the blue plus sign. Copy paste what you see.

I still play chess with a 2014 ASUS Laptop: i7 4500U, GF117, DDR3 Dual 8 GBytes
The initial set-up analysis took me 25 seconds to reach depth 25 @ 1.0 Mn/s. It took 30 seconds to reach depth 26.

Some might prefer to see the bench results. Locate the Stockfish file on your drive and click on it. Type bench. When you see the results highlight them and press: "ctrl insert" keys. Paste it in your post with "shift insert" keys. It should look similar to this:

Example I normally use 5 multi lines to see the other values so i can compare how far the centipawns are from the mainline.
