I am deeply disappointed

Basically, the site probably suspects me of cheating even though the red label didn't appear on my profile. Suddenly, I noticed one with a red label as my opponent. So, on this site, you can't either improve or have fluctuating performance, otherwise you're labeled as violating the guidelines. Of course, after 58 thousand games on Lichess, I would have started cheating. You should be ashamed. Utter disappointment, I thought you were a serious site. I'm waiting for the red label to appear on my profile to permanently abandon this site and go back to chess.com, where players aren't accused without clear evidence and valid reasons. I reiterate that you should be ashamed.

I didn't cheat, genius. Were you trying to be clever with that response? From this, it's evident that Lichess isn't a reliable site because it doesn't identify real cheaters, it's laughable. The positive aspect is that being accused of cheating when it's not true flatters me, it means I play some games very strongly.

No, it's the accusers who should prove the wrongdoing. I'll just delete the account and be done with this garbage site, where baseless defamation is the norm.

They did get proof and decide and banned you.
Now to appeal that go to appeals

"where baseless defamation is the norm."
That implies you have fame. Also they have a base if you go to appeal they will show it.

The thing i find weird is when innocent people get banned and get told to go to appeal they do but the guilty ones complain more

What should I write in the appeal email, stating that they are incompetent and have taken false evidence? But then think about it, suppose it's a real cheater, what problem would I have in creating a new account and starting to cheat again immediately?
Ok, Lichess told me I'm a cheater and I say Lichess is shit, so we're even. In this case, I have more evidence than they do.
