You seem to continue to miss the point of what I'm referring to aggressive. I don't care what you call someone who files a report. But stating explicitly that filing a report is all it takes to get someone a mark is a gross exaggeration. I would imagine probably 99% of people reported for cheating don't ever get a mark, even when multiple reports are filed. It is only when there is conclusive evidence generated that a moderator is supposed to flag. There have been a few cases of moderators "making a mistake" and lifting the mark only to have their initial marking validated after another month or two of hard evidence.
You don't have to see this evidence. You aren't a moderator so you don't have access. When a mark is in error, it gets resolved. Many may claim not to be cheating but are sly about it and will continue to deny it when caught. There is no realy way for the average user to know one way or the other, but I'm sure a lot of people could point you toward hundreds of games where users miraculously match every single move of the engine. There are even instances where players have been dumb enough to play Stockfish from a position in another tab and mimic every one of those moves in their game. Or players with games over 40 moves with 0 errors and under 10 ACL with all movetimes under 20 seconds and no extra time spent on critical positions who then go on to lose games against players 500 or more below their level spending a great deal of time on simple moves that a first year player would find and then run the clock out only to return back to perfect form the very next game a minute later. There's plenty of evidence of cheaters existing. It isn't some kind of conspiracy just because a couple people have recently been possibly marked by a (likely) reasonable error.
But I'm not gonna argue anymore. Again, the mods will sort out if/when there are false positives.
