Who reads these, seariously even i never do even if i advice evryone to do, one day we will agree to share our appartements with a random stranger, we thanks God, now we don't have to, we can just copy the link and ask an ai chat bot like chat gpt to summerize it, but tbh even if this is easy i would probably just agree cause i am too lazy even for this simple sollution

Although it has a grammatical error (perhaps more, but I only found the one)
It's a minor error, especially considering how lengthy the ToS is.

I can't go through 119 mistakes to find the one you look for hhh, me copy-pasting this to Grammarly for a lazy person (that is my personal opinion about myself even if others think otherwise) a lot of work hhh
