Suggestion - seperate ratings for bullet (1 min) and hyperbullet

I think 1 min and 30 sec chess are very, very different, with the latter having a bigger emphasis on premoves and mouse speed, and that some people who are very good at hyperbullet are less so at regular bullet, and vice versa, so there should be different rating categories to reflect this. Thoughts?
My thoughts are there should be about 5 standardized time controls to choose from instead of infinitely customizable time controls if you want regulated ratings. Make them pools like ICC where you can't control your opponents nor abort games or choose your color. You simply request a game at one of the 5 time controls and get paired with someone else doing the same near your rating. The end.

Probably the 5 time controls should be something like:

1 0
5 0
15 0
25 10
45 45

If you want to play something else, you can, it will just be in an unregulated pool (like current) with your TC lumped in coarsely with other similar ones, as it is now.
i agree with #1.. as an experienced player in both categories, the difference between hyperbullet and 1 min is just as significant as the difference between 5+0 and 10+0..
The easiest bullet is 2+1 bullet. It's much easier than 1+0 or 1/2+0. There is a range of time controls for classical, blitz, bullet. Also FIDE has ranges of time control for Classical, Rapid, and Blitz. Bullet is not FIDE rated. You play whatever time control you like. There shouldn't be a separate rating category for every possible time control. The organizers and directors of tournaments decide all these things in advance. The players have only the choice whether they will accept the rules and play or reject the rules and not to play.
Does anyone actively play both bullet and hyperbullet? Having experience is one thing, but separation is only useful if players are actively playing both.
Yes, a lot of players actively play bullet and hyperbullet.
