ABORTS: Players are aborting games far too frequently.

I encounter a lot of players who never start the game. They accept a challenge, and let their clock run down without ever moving. These time-wasting aborters should be suspended. Stop letting them annoy people who come here to play chess. Thanks.

I read the FAQ. I thing the punishments for aborters need to be implemented more quickly, as the current schedule does not seem to be much of a deterrent.
