Does playing the opposite of bad make you good?

Is it that simple? Or would you still be bad, or simply slightly less bad instead of being GM level. Do some bad choices make sense at higher levels similar to a queen sacrifice? So would making good moves actually be bad ones and vice versa?

If by "the opposite of bad" you mean merely avoiding error...then no, mere blunder-checking will not make you a good player. It's not just a matter of avoiding bad moves; you also have to come up with good ones. :)
There are positions (mostly in computer's games) where many moves are good, but there is always a point when only one single move is good. To win you must find that move.
