Best Goalkeeper: Can't decide between Oliver Kahn, Neuer, and Buffon but I'll say Buffon for no particular reason.
Best Defender: Puyol, the definition of a leader. The last of his kind, not the most technically gifted but the man just gave it his all day in day out. (Honorable mention - Beckenbauer RIP, fun trivia, one of only 2 players to win a world cup as a captain and a manager along with Didier Deschamps)
Best Fullback: Give it a few years and it maybe Trent (no Liverpool fan bias at all) but as it stands Lahm (how many top tier defenders do you know that have never received a red card, I'll wait)
Best Midfielder: Xavi or Iniesta, have your pick (Bellingham may take this spot in a few years)
Best Winger: Messi, don't think I need to explain why
Best Striker: R9, he made world class players look like amateurs. I also feel obliged to mention Van Basten. His career was essentially over at age 28 after his injuries, but he still managed to win 3 Ballon D'ors in that time. If he stayed fit, he would have gone down as one of the best ever, unfortunately doesn't get talked about enough.
