but in fact it will be at 22.00 in our time
I know that some have the correct time displayed

I seem to have problems with the system :)
a few years ago Belarus refused to switch to daylight saving time
Windows has released an update, but I can’t install it, it doesn’t work (for this I need to rearrange the OS, but I have a very old laptop)
In general, my city of Minsk has a time of utc + 3
and on my computer Minsk utc +2 and by default - daylight saving time
therefore, in the system I chose another city (Russia, Kaliningrad), which has utc +3 and without daylight saving
and then my time in tournaments was indicated incorrectly
I changed the time zone to +2 on my computer
and then the time began to appear as if in the future for 1 hour
I changed the time to +4 - and Lichess thinks that I am in the past for 1 hour
and it’s impossible to make everything ok
although now, when setting up +4 - the site shows the correct time before the start of the tournament
but on the tournaments page the red dotted line is 1 hour in the past

and now near my forum posts it says:
in 56 minutes
