Extra row for Elite tournaments

Right now, these new elite tournaments are in the row of U1600/U2000 tournaments. However, there is no regular tournament of the tournament time control at the same time either (for example, elite bullet arenas come in the place of an hourly bullet arena and a U2000 tournament). I think it would be better if these elite tournaments either got an extra row or didn't block out two types of tournaments at once.

So now, the U-tournaments are kept, however the bullet arenas don't continue.

In my eyes, it's better, but still not perfect. I think it would be best if either the elite bullet arena was moved to the top row, or the bullet arenas would just continue.
