find opponent by ELO average differential

I think it'd be cool if we could filter opponents by the difference between their ELO average and their opponent's. That way, you could find people who consistently play people better than them, and not just inflate their ELO by playing consistently worse opponents.

I agree with you. Current filters are not the best, step with 50 points is too restrictive.
